Make a Difference

Join a Local Coaltion

Trinity Youth Council

Tobacco Free Trinity facilitates two youth coalitions, one in Weaverville and one in Hayfork.  Youth learn about current tobacco issues, plan and hold community tobacco education activities, and help with local policy campaigns.  Members gain leadership skills, earn community services hours, help make a difference in their communities.

Youth in grades 6 through 12 are invited to join.  Youth Council meetings are held at the Human Response Network's Youth Centers in Weaverville and Hayfork.  Contact us for more information.

Partnership in Action For Trinity Health

Partnership in Action for Trinity Health (PATH) is a local group of committed community members and organizations working together in Trinity County, California to improve the health of all Trinity County residents.  The PATH coalition was created in 2017 to foster collaboration between members of the community and organizations that want to build a healthier and safer Trinity County.

The mission of PATH is to promote a healthy, safe, and active Trinity County through partnerships, innovation, and action.

PATH is facilitated by the Human Response Network Tobacco Free Trinity Program in partnership with the Trinity County Public Health Department and the University of California CalFresh Nutrition Education Program in Trinity County.
