Partnership in Action For Trinity Health
Partnership in Action for Trinity Health (PATH) is a local coalition of community members, organizations, and agencies working together to improve the health and well-being of Trinity County residents. Established in 2017, PATH brings partners together to collaborate on strategies that support a healthier, safer, and more resilient Trinity County.
PATH’s mission is to promote a healthy, safe, and active Trinity County through partnerships, innovation, and action.
PATH meets monthly, providing members with opportunities to actively plan, coordinate, and support community events, education efforts, and policy initiatives that advance tobacco prevention and overall community health. Members play a hands-on role in shaping activities and responding to local health priorities.
The PATH coalition is facilitated by Human Response Network (HRN).
